Responsibilities: Maintain contact with client to update status on all files, Respond to inquiries of the client and mortgage insurer, Arrange client billing as required. Maintain case management system on assigned files. Requirements: Skilled in the use of MS Office, Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent customer service skills.
