LITIGATION LEGAL SECRETARY - $70K DOE

lient, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking to hire a litigation legal secretary for their Manhattan office. Candidates should have 4-8 years litigation secretarial experience a full knowledge and understanding of the litigation process. Candidate identified will be proficient in MSW 2010 and be able to handle editing and word processing of large litigation documents and pleadings. Secretary will also answer the phones, key in attorney time records and assist with monthly client billing. Requirements and Responsibilities: - 4-8 years of Litigation Legal Secretary experience - Large law firm experience a huge plus! - Microsoft Word 2010 - Understanding of the litigation process from inception through to trial - Exceptional organizational and time management skills required and must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner - Flexibility for overtime required Salary: $65-$70K DOE
