New York City law firm is looking to hire an Office Manager. Salary to $55K. Full benefits. RESPONSIBLITIES Billing and Collections Entering time and expenses in time tracking system Editing and revising bills for distribution to clients Assisting attorneys and project managers as requested Preparing statements for distribution to clients Preparing reports in the time tracking system Analyzing client accounts Making phone calls and preparing correspondence to clients as needed Facilities – Working with Building Management regarding building passes, minor repairs, freight elevator access and other issues as needed Working with telephone equipment provider on moves and changes Stocking and maintaining kitchen area. Set up for meetings. General Administration Covering telephones during Office Assistant’s lunch hour and as needed during the day Maintaining inventory of items in storage. Cataloging and boxing records to go to storage. Supervising and assisting in disposal of records Arranging for and conducting special events for the firm Assisting in ad-hoc projects Prepare Bank Deposits Maintain vendor files REQUIREMENTS Three to Five years in an administrative position Paralegal experience a plus Must know Excel and Word Timeslips experience a plus Excellent oral and writing skills Excellent interpersonal skills – working with senior executives, clients, vendors etc. Initiative For further information, interested and qualified candidates should email their resume in MS WORD format ~ Thank you!
