ng a bright, energetic litigation secretary with minimum of 3-4 years current experience for extremely busy but exceptionally pleasant commercial litigation office located in downtown Brooklyn. Must be sharp and well-organized. Knowledge of Timeslips a big plus; the ability to pick things up quickly a must. Heavy phones/multiple lines; drafting letters; preparing legal documents; billing; maintaining calendar; knowledge of Adobe (scanning, converting and editing PDF’s). Hours 9:00 – 5:30. Salary to be determined.
