nsation: Commensurate with experience and motivation Well-known, established medical malpractice and general litigation law firm seeks multiple attorneys for medical malpractice defense department.  Requirements: - NY Bar Admission and Good Standing - 3+ years medical malpractice experience. - Ability to commute mainly to Garden City Office, as well as travel to Supreme Courthouses in Long Island, 5 City Boroughs, Westchester, and Rockland Counties - Experience handling routine Court appearances - Experience handling plaintiff's and co-defendant's depositions - Experience handling expert witness conferences Pluses: - Trial Experience - Experience handling defendant depositions - Experience in other areas of law, especially Criminal, Tort/Negligence, Employment/Labor, Real Estate, Matrimonial, Products Liability - Federal Court Admission We have multiple positions open for varying levels of experience.
