mark Litigation Legal Secretary New York, NY Company Description Premier, Global, Law Firm Job Description Trademark Litigation Legal Secretary Premier, global, law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced legal secretary for our Litigation Department. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and competence while having the opportunity to support attorneys and others providing service to exciting clients from trailblazing start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Candidates must have a minimum of (7) years’ experience in Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark. Candidates must also have strong MS office skills and be skilled at document editing, proofreading and quickly turning litigation documents. This position requires motivation, discretion, flexibility, organization, full engagement and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail a must, with excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Supporting two senior associates and a first year associate and back-up support of Senior Partner. Qualifications 7+ years of mid-large law firm experience Must have a strong litigation background Sound communicator $85-94K
