Director of Sales & Marketing

Wings is a collection of several - online based - boutique luxury travel firms. Recently, we have been named by the Inc. 500 as the #1 fastest growing travel company in the US. We are seeking to hire an in-house professional to serve as our Director of Sales & Marketing, to be based out of our Brooklyn, NY office (a 3 minute walk from the D subway train). We are looking for an ambitious individual who is 100% fluent in all current marketing & design trends & will passionately be part of our marketing and sales related tasks. The person we envision is artsy, creative and has a deep love for the world of media and design. They will also have the ability to efficiently wear many hats and not be scared away by vast variety of their responsibilities. Responsibilities: Initiate, develop, design and implement campaigns for online, email, social media & print marketing. Create copy writing for marketing collateral, web sites and ad content. Oversee a $50,000 per month Google Ad words PPC campaign (You won’t actually run our PPC campaign as this is handled by a professional marketing firm, but you will oversee it). Managing all marketing related projects in order to create a seamless message across all venues thus maintain branding consistently. Committed to learning InfusionSoft and knowing all of its CRM & marketing automation aspects perfectly. Oversee & manage a team of cold callers. Skill Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in building both marketing & sales initiatives. Strong knowledge of online marketing (SEO/SEM). Solid foundation in cross marketing skills, including social media and email (i.e. InfusionSoft, HootSuite etc.). Must be self-efficient with HTML. Fluent in modern design using the Adobe suite (Photoshop). Creativity and outside the box thinking, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in the development & delivery of executive level presentations. Experienced sales team support.
