Premium financing company servicing the property and casualty insurance industry Ideal candidate will have experience/ resources with Insurance Brokers/ Agents in the SNY area. Responsibilities: Business development with independent insurance brokers in Southern/Central New York for a premium finance company Developing and implementing marketing strategies for both existing and prospective customer base Developing new and fostering existing relationships with independent retail insurance producers to develop quote activity which will lead to achieving monthly premium goals Developing comprehensive marketing plan to facilitate current business growth initiatives, as well as comprehensive analysis of competitors in Eastern and Central New York, as well as other parts of NYS Analyzing market trends to evaluate, develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed organizational goals Requirements: Candidates must live in Southern New York State, be easily commutable to other locations throughout the New England states as needed Must have significant insurance broker relationship base in this geographic area that can immediately be called on Must have 5-10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Business preferred, but not required Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills are required Must be open to significant business travel as determined by the needs of the business
