/> SEO Specialist Media Contacts the digital ARM of Havas Media is seeking a full-time SEO specialist to work in our New York Office. The Organic Search Specialist will work closely with the Director of SEO and will be the lead Strategist on a major hospitality account. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for the following: Executing search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns across multiple hotel properties Executing mobile and link development campaigns Preparing monthly visibility reports Working closely with the paid search team to maximize synergies between paid and organic search   Writing and optimizing content Developing a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives Providing guidance through strategic and tactical input to client’s SEO team Performing research, analyzing analytics data and developing key insights and action plans based on campaign results Provide analysis, QA and insights for monthly reports Work closely with Search Directors for campaign alignment with client goals Coordinate strategies with internal teams (ADs, S&A, Paid) across multiple brands Participate in the training, individual development, on-boarding and mentoring of each staff member. Participate in team innovation meetings with creative input & task ownership Contribute to the development of new product offerings and practice innovations Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes and roll-outs Stay current with industry trends, best practices and discusses potential impact with team on client work Create POVs, best practices and assist in developing key process documentation Conduct SEO assessments/audits on websites from a technical, on-site and link development perspective Ability to interact with the client and lead presentations, meetings and walk the client through reports  and answer questions Requirements 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience required, graduate degree a plus 2 to 3+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, agency experience preferred Proven team leadership and management experience Strong data analytics and strategy background High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional oral, written and presentation/communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to work as member of a team Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork Fundamental understanding of paid search and how paid and organic search works together
