Associate Broker

e currently seeking a full-time Associate Broker to join our firm to develop new business opportunities in the New York City market. Responsibilities include: • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, canvassing and rostering buildings in the New York City market. • Strong desire to and ability to pursue daily cold calling opportunities to develop and bring in new clients • Building upon and strengthening existing client and networking relationships • Building a revenue-generating deal pipeline which consists of prospective clients • Develop an understanding of basic building, real estate and lease terminology • Continually develop, enhance and leverage detailed knowledge of the state and local economy and deals in the market. • Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Real estate license • Minimum of 2-4 years proven sales experience with a focus on outside, strategic selling • Proven results and success in prior sales role • Strong drive, tenacity and ability to generate new business • Strong professional presence, confidence and demonstrated ability to present and close C-level decision makers • Must be a team player and understand the importance of collaboration
