acts Manager -  Procurement  Major Real Estate company located in NYC is currently seeking an individual to manage the lifecycle of all Contracts related to the procurement of goods and services on behalf of the Company through the Procurement Shared Services Department.This individual is also responsible for managing and directing the Organization’s vendor compliance and onboarding functions    Principal Duties:   Contracts Management Managing the Contract lifecycle, including but not limited to: draft, modification, execution, amendments and renewal of Contracts Preparation and review of all contract documentation, including master agreements, statements of work, renewals, amendments, etc. with the appropriate vendor(s)  Negotiation of legal terms and review of scopes of work with a goal of quality assurance Dissemination of contract documents to the appropriate parties, externally and internally Maintenance of a centralized file, storage and documentation system for all contract-related material Updates of contract templates and generation of exhibits Reconciliation of discrepancies related to contract invoices  with Accounts Payable   Vendor Compliance Direct others to complete the following: Collection and submission of various forms necessary for the onboarding of new vendors in the Accounting System Obtaining of insurance certificates from vendor or broker as required by contractual terms Generation of requisitions in compliance with contract terms Performing due diligence (vetting) on potential vendors and reporting results of information gathered    The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in contract management.  Please include current salary requirements.     Immediate interview Top Benefits and Bonus Salary ranges from 85-105K
