Director of Training and Technology Description: Outstanding opportunity for a Director of Training and Technology to join a dynamic  Real Estate  company experiencing rapid growth. You will own and be responsible for  developing and directing all the technology and training initiatives. On an ongoing basis you will create training programs and carry out all employee training across all disciplines as well as and lead information systems through a resourceful platform for the company. With respect to technology you will oversee leasing and marketing systems and integration and you will be the OneSite SME for the company. Excellent opportunity to make an impact in a high visibility role that is responsible for ensuring that all associates receive educational opportunities on a frequent basis. Trains directly, or through a field trainer network, on OneSite.  Collaborates with the COO, CFO and CEO to discuss training needs.   Essential Duties: Delivers and/or coordinates the delivery of training programs to site associates. Ensures all associates are proficient in the use of Onsite and other web-based software applications. Conducts and coordinates all classroom and web-based training in each region. Conducts and coordinates training programs to fit the specific needs of individual properties and/or regional areas. Conducts and/or schedules in-house classes and workshops to address specific needs. Provides support and one-on-one training as requested by EVP or the Directors of Operations. Works closely with the Directors of Operations to ensure property complies with policy and procedures. Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge/Experience Required of the Position Demonstrated classroom presentation skills. Two or more year’s on-site property management experience as Assistant Manager, Community Manager or Leasing Manager. Excellent coordination, organization and time management skills. A Some travel   Education and Experience Required: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
