people like a steady schedule and would like nights and week-ends off. For an inside sales rep this is your dream job! Not only are your hours M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM but you are following up on warm leads and your salary will range between 40K-50K plus you would have fun working with an aggressive commission compensation. Most important is having the desire to work hard on the phone all day and is happily persistent. In other words, we are looking for someone who sets difficult goals for themselves and will do what it takes to reach them. Our Account Executives play a major role in the success of our company by following up with individuals who have expressed an interest in our branding and networking products. Primary Role & Responsibilities: •Manage international and domestic accounts •International and domestic dialing •Contacting and following up with prospects •Prospect and pitch through a one call close approach: •Build relationships and rapport with prospects •Inform prospects of our products and services •Close deals •Follow a scripted sales pitch •Provide exceptional customer service •Meet and pursue monthly and weekly sales targets to achieve continuous sales and growth •Effectively use our CRM to manage leads Must Haves: •Meet weekly quotas •Desire to work hard and succeed •Excellent communication and organizational skills •Coachable and deliver consistent results •Basic technological skills - must be able to use the internet for basic job functions Preferred: •Prior inside/outbound sales experience, scripted inside phone sales a plus •Candidates with a degree of higher education from an accredited institution •Familiarity with lead management or CRM systems is a huge plus • Candidates who have good diction and enunciation Benefits: •Starting Salary 40K -50K + Competitive Commission and Daily/Weekly Bonuses • Unlimited earning potential (NO earning cap) • Our top sales people earn $100k+ • Full & Part Time Positions •We have multiple calling shifts and will accommodate qualified candidates •Flexible working hours •Transportation reimbursement •Interested in the job but unsure about the commute?
