l Customer Service Representative   We are looking for a personable, energetic individual to warmly greet customers as they enter the store and guide the customer to their designated area to meet the needs of their visit. This individual will be someone with experience in retail and customer service, who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. This is a wonderful opportunity to enter the evolving field of wireless technology and grow your employment experience with a prestigious company.   *Openings in the Enfiled, Danbury, South Windsor, Stamford area*   Responsibilities included but not limited to: Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organizations products and/or services Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations Meeting sales objectives for wireless phones, services and accessories Handling all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders Handling phone inquiries from customers on billing issues, payments, upgrades, trade-ins, service changes returns Requirements: Computer skills and retail experience are required High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of retail sales experience with key holder/cash handling responsibilities is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail Hours will vary depending on the weekly schedule. Stores are open 7-days a week, scheduling flexibility is a must including nights, weekends and holidays Professional demeanor and dress code is required Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment Hours & Location: This position is full-time, 8hrs a day-*Must have flexibility with work schedule which may include, nights, weekends and holidays *Openings in the Enfiled, Danbury, South Windsor, Stamford area* Salary: $10-$11 per hours depending on experience   *If you believe you possess this qualities and meet the requirements, please take advantage today of this wonderful opportunity!*
