Bilingual Foreign Exchange Sales Broker - Arabic

Responsibilities & Duties Intelligently discuss the financial markets and the factors that move them in an articulate manner in Arabic and English; Drive sales for FXCM’s Retail Products and Services for FX, Spread Betting and CFD’s within the Arabic speaking world; Provide our clients with best-in-class service using phone, chats, and email; Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing FXCM clients from the Arabic speaking world; Quickly learn and stay current on all of our products, services, platforms and educational tools; Execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process targeting Arabic speakers; Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of FXCM, our trading platform and the FX markets to prospective clients; Display a clear understanding of what needs, requests, products, resources and tools are required from the Middle Eastern region. Maintain geopolitical market understanding of the obstacles that we face in the region; Skillfully probe for, listen to and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve the clients’ trading experience and results Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience  Must be Fluent in both Arabic /English (conversational, reading, writing); Be articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets; Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events; Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude; Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time and information efficiently and effectively; A self-directed learner and motivator with the ability to manage in a very fast-paced environment Previous financial services sales, service employment, or financial services internships (not required); Strong analytical skills; Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA; Must obtain Series 3 and Series 34 licenses within 90 days of hire.   Prior to submitting your resume, the firm requests that you do the following:  Review the firm’s website thoroughly: www.fxcm.com   All employees working for FXCM must be eligible to work in the USA (No Visa Sponsorship)   Benefits: We understand that top performers in the current marketplace are attracted to companies offering competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for professional development.
