Offering : Personal Training, Pilates, Group Fitness Classes, Spa Therapies and Nutritional . Programs are united allowing members to design a lifestyle program that serves their specific goals. General Manager oversees: Human Resources Membership Sales Department Operations Facilities/Maintenance PR, marketing and advertising initiatives with in-house marketing director. Staff training, protocols, standards and expectations Member satisfaction, hospitality and retention   Some of the Responsibilities: Lead by example in all areas of ethics, communication, management, leadership, and service. P&L responsibilities. Oversee Membership Sales department with daily reviewing and reporting. Perform facility audits. Check for cleanliness, functioning equipment; lights, fans; HVAC settings. Weekly meetings with each Department Head to assist with and enhance performance of departments and grow club profit. Weekly group management meetings to motivate, educate, inform and oversee the managers of the club to re-enforce the mission, vision and address club issues. Weekly meetings with Owners to discuss MTD and YTD numbers, future club goals, present and future marketing/promotion and current club issues. Represent the club at community functions as well as initiate community outreach programs for service, visibility and positive public relations. Develop compensation, incentive systems and goal setting for management. Review and approve club payroll. Insure that the Management Staff has a strong presence throughout the club and positively interacts with Members on a daily basis. Positively impact areas relating to club operational revenues including Personal Training, Spa, Nutrition, and CAFÉ including catering and events, fee-based group fitness, corporate agreements, outreach sales and marketing programs. Oversee website, newsletter and all collateral for consistent brand image. Maintain all social media sights.
