Affiliate Sales Coordinator - New York

iate Sales Coordinator – REVOLT Media & TV Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.   Support the Content Distribution & Marketing team initiatives for REVOLT TV & Media, the multi-genre, multi-platform music network delivers music news in real-time, and the best of the best in music programming. Work with communications, public relations and marketing teams to support and secure opportunities to strengthen the REVOLT brand.   Responsibilities Support Content Distribution Team at all levels during the sales cycle, including day-to-day relationship management.   Provide administrative and executional support for the Content Distribution Team, includes maintaining files, databases, general administrative needs, travel and T&E.   Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales presentations and distribution plans.   Prepare internal monthly updates and other reports as needed.   Fulfill on-going affiliate requests for materials and manage back office support for clients, including authorization process, database management and support systems.   Participate in the ongoing management of account budgets.  Process, code, track and manage payments. Assist in overall budget strategy.   Assist in the coordination of marketing/promotional campaign development and execution, including campaign concept, creative development, client relations, travel arrangement, event management, fulfillment, budgets and results recap.   Other duties/special projects as assigned.   Some travel required.   Position based in NYC   Knowledge/Skills/Experience BS/BA preferred.   Has basic understanding of basic sales administration and cable/telco television industry, affiliate relations or digital media.   Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability.   Excellent customer service skills.
