visibility position A leading retail destination continues to build on its Ecommerce capabilities…. Now their technology division is looking for the next key member to lead their Ecommerce technology group… This position will be responsible for multiple high traffic sites…Lead the technology for web content, optimization, marketing and help develop omni-channel strategies……. take leadership and help structure and build high performance Ecommerce technology initiatives.   The Details Drive the execution of all website features and functionality Drive the execution of omnichannel initiatives Collaborate with E-Commerce department to continually optimizing the website user experience, website conversion rates and increasing engagement rates with telesales. Manage the day-to-day operations, system builds, enhancements, program roll outs, maintenance & overall quality control for e-commerce websites. Identify and implement new technologies that align with the new infrastructure and provide future opportunities. Manage the relationships with third-party vendors Ensure all operational aspects of E-Commerce are tightly managed and effective, including the execution and presentation of daily promotions, to ensure the delivery of an exceptional end customer experience. Drive the execution of all website features and functionality Build a staff! Identify and implement new technologies   Requirements: 3 years of proven experience working Mid-to-Large E-commerce solution Experience in working in a large multi-channel retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. E-commerce trends Mobile and Social Media Personable and a Leader!
