Construction Fabrication Supervisor - Electrical

Participate in Contractor toolbox and weekly safety meetings when on site.  Perform safe performance recognitions during jobsite visits. Ensure all compliance training is complete and up to date.   Become a trained observer and support the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) processes. Act as the interface between Fabricator and the Project Team. Ensure implementation of all design requirements during fabrication, scope of work, engineered drawings, specifications, standards, etc. Coordinate the development of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for quality issues identified during fabrication. Oversee the fabrication execution to ensure alignment in accordance with the project schedule. Direct schedule adjustments to ensure efficient and cost effective execution.
