We are looking for a Jewelry Shop Specialist to join our unique community! Responsibilities: Servicing clients and driving sales with an emphasis on customer care. Responsible for merchandising, maintaining displays, communication product information, receiving product, and maintaining accurate inventory. Communicating goals to, counseling, and hiring employees. Tracking co-op business. Communicating with Buyers about product levels and assisting in allocation.   Qualifications: 2-3 years of management experience in fine jewelry or specialty retails with an emphasis on customer service. Have knowledge of stones and jewelry craftsmanship. Gemology certification a plus. Commission retail experience preferred. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Basic math skills. Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent team player with an understanding of selling ethics.   We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401k. EOE
