Mortgage Loan Officer

Requirements: Two to four years similar industry experience, Must be actively and appropriately licensed as a loan officer and meet federal, state, and corporate requirements. High school diploma or equivalent; An Associates degree is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Must be able to read, examine, and organize documents. May require the ability to sit, stand, and walk around for extended periods of time. May also require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
