Quality Manager

Role & Responsibilities: A dynamic, team driven candidate selected for this position can expect to assume a pro-active role in addressing quality systems from a design perspective. This position works hand-in-hand with customers, suppliers and the in-house manufacturing operations to reduce internal and external defects. Assess warranty and field failure data to drive corrective and preventive action. Preferred Requirements: (ASQ) Certified as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Previously certified or ability to become certified, as an AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI). Minimum of 3 years of successful quality management in steel fabrication or similar manufacturing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
