Welding Engineer Training Instructor

Salary: $55, 000-$65, 000 depending on experience + company benefits. The position requires the ability to enthusiastically teach classes. The position requires the ability to perform impressive hands on demonstrations. Successfully develop solutions for customer applications as a support role for the company sales team. Creating weld procedure WPSs & QPRs. Making weld samples. Joint calls to validate solutions. The position will require assisting R&D with machine testing, evaluation and prototype testing. Minimum Qualifications: Technical aptitude and able to learn the welding business Show. Be able to set and  demonstrate robotic welding for customers. Set-up and run quality demonstration Automation. Excellent interpersonal skills; articulate, verbal presentation. Be able to enthusiastically & successfully teach the company welding products and process. Computer literate with a high skill set on PowerPoint. Ability to work in team-oriented environment. Must have excellent communication skills.
