Therapist will treat home health patients from age newborn -- 21 years old. We are offering a different and exciting program for full time and part time therapists, and would love for you to join our team. Qualifications: Degree in therapy discipline from an accredited college with an APTA, ASHA, or AOTA curriculum. Current Texas state licensure as a Therapist or Assistant, current Driver's License. Obtain a minimum of two professional references that meet the standards of Epic. One year experience as a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Therapist Assistant in an acute care or rehab setting preferred. Successful completion of appropriate screening tests with minimum score of 80%. Must have reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance. One year of Neonatal experience, a plus.
