Ideal candidates should have one to three years experience in an equivalent role. Must have HVAC certification and CPO is preferred. Requirements: Possess excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and follow-up skills, Thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry. Must be available for on-call after hours emergencies.
