MORTGAGE SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities: Recruiting, training, and coaching sales team to achieve production, service, and cross-selling objectives, Developing referral sources for sales group from builder, realtor and professional organizations, Resolving issues which may arise related to consumers or employees, Organizing the sales team to most appropriately take advantage of the opportunities presented, Making recommendations regarding product needs and changing market factors, Actively participate in policy decisions and strategic direction for the mortgage unit. Qualifications: High School Diploma; College degree in business, finance or economics area a plus, Minimum 5+ years in a mortgage sales management role; 10+ years in Mortgage Banking/Real Estate, Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage sales team .
