Sr. Communication Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop and implement global employee communications plans in conjunction with enterprise-wide teams, including Human Resources and senior management and external resources. The plans may include development of content for a wide variety of audiences, including employees, potential employees, and members of Teleflex local communities. The candidate should demonstrate direct experience in planning, providing creative direction, understanding printing/digital production, and have experience in how to employ a wide variety of tactics and deliverables to achieve objectives, such as: brochures, posters, advertising, direct mailers, emails, videos, intranet and internet, internal and external social media, events, PR, etc. Basic Qualifications: Five to seven years professional experiencedeveloping and executing results-driven employee and internal communications campaigns, using comprehensive range of traditional and digital communications techniques and best practices. Proven record of excellent oral and written communication skills; able to convey concepts to various audiences. Must demonstrate ability to create content as well as edit accurately and according to style guides.
