Sports Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist has a direct impact on delivering care, by evaluating and treating patients with disabilities, injuries and or diseases. Responsibilities include: Utilize physical and mechanical means in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a physician or authorized practitioner, in order to and treat patients. Makes accurate observations of patient tolerance and/or status during treatment and demonstrated the ability to modify a treatment program as needed. Submit required documentation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the department. Work with other physical therapists to; maintain the highest standards of care, while improving patient compliance and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, required. Master's/Doctorate Degree, preferred. Salary: $80, 000/yr + Medical, 401k.
