Apartment Leasing Consultant - part time

The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration, maintain a low delinquency as well as renewing the leases of existing residents. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, lowering delinquency, resident retention and customer satisfaction. The Ideal candidate does not need previous experience as a leasing consultant, just the drive to succeed.   Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of social media and marketing are strongly encouraged.
