/> Successful multi-unit retailer is looking for a Real Estate Administrative Associate located in their New York corporate office. for their New York location.  This position will contribute to the success and play a vital role in the company’s strategy by effectively managing the existing portfolio of the companies lease administration (e.g., tracking key lease dates), portfolio management (e.g., managing landlord-tenant issues).    Key Job Responsibilities:   Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:   Prepare lease evaluation packages, including pro formas and financial reports Assist in the management of relationships with landlords, brokers and property managers as needed Identify and compare the market prices of all the properties that are for sale on the market and determine a competitive price Interpret lease language and translate to business needs Produce reports as needed – demographics, financial and general research. Maintain strong and productive relationships between the Real Estate Department and Operations, Construction and Facilities, and Finance departments Summary of Required Skills and Experience: BA required Two (2) to five (5) years of lease and portfolio management Strong analytical skills and orientation Effective communication skills Proven ability to effectively communicate across the organization Strong presentation skills Extensive experience developing and working with market/retail analytics
