We, a premier, prestigious, elite orthopedics based office are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our modern, orthopedics based Physical Therapy practice. The Staff Physical Therapist will have a direct impact on delivering care, by evaluating and treating patients with disabilities, injuries and or diseases. In this position, you will work with our patients to achieve established patient goals, Design treatment plans and will participate in chart reviews and activities to help ensure consistent quality in our patient care. Responsibilities include: Evaluating new patients through questioning and observation and develop treatment plans based on assessments. Utilize physical and mechanical means in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a physician or authorized practitioner, in order to and treat patients.
