Construction Administration Answers RFIs Participates in construction meetings Reviews equipment submittals Meets with contractors to resolve issues Performs punch lists Perform project email administration. Ability to seek out and obtain relevant project information. Ability to create General Specifications. Ability to check and edit details. Understand and utilize CAD standards. Have a working knowledge of Codes and Standards. Ability to read floor plans, sections and elevations, risers, details, schedules and specifications. Possess strong record-keeping and organizational skills. Possess a good sense of coordination and follow through and be able to work in close contact with the entire design team. Ability to identify own training needs. Willing to seek knowledge from others. Willing to be a team player. Ability to communicate with Architect’s counterpart.
