Compensation Analyst
ompensation & Benefits Analyst participates in salary surveys, conducts job evaluations, prepares salary recommendations, and participates in a number of compensation and benefits projects throughout the year, most notably the annual compensation process and the benefits budget analysis. Core Responsibilities: Job Evaluation and Salary Administration Assists with annual compensation process Participates in US and Canadian salary surveys Participates in benefits budget analysis and assists with benefits related projects and analytics are required. Acts as back-up on stock administration on UBS system. Participates on a number of compensation and benefits projects in support of achieving annual objectives. Requirements: 3-5 years minimum experience with Benefits & Compensation Experience working within FLSA compliance Exposure to HRIS system Ability to work closely with other team members Roll-up the sleeves attitude and goal oriented
