7+ years Informatica experience. Experience leading a team of 4 or more offshore. Very strong written and verbal communication is a must. Experience with both ETL for reporting and ETL for system-to-system integration. Experience writing and reviewing functional and technical specs, reviewing testing results. Must have a clear understanding of mappings, sessions, workflows, worklets, re-usable transformations, mapplets and shortcuts. Must be able to estimate effort required, plan and execute tasks to achieve project goals.
