Receptionist
Must have at least 6 months of office experience, ideally as a receptionist. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: -MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access -Must possess excellent communication/phone skills-Exceptional telephone mannerism - handling both incoming and outgoing calls-Professional dress and demeanor. Primary duties include: -Preparing various reports and presentations for leadership meetings-Collect and assess incoming mail for appropriate distribution-Maintaining library room including maintaining database of materials. This position requires a person that is outgoing & friendly as there is regular contact with customers both in person and on the phone.
