$1300 room for rent in Upper West Side

:. Private bedroom for rent shared bathroom and small kitchen. Bedroom is approximately 10 by 11. Living room has been made into second bedroom, which owner lives in so this rental is for a private bedroom with bathroom and kitchen (tiny) in between. My room is closed off with accordion style door. Small table in hallway for kitchen. So this is really a one room rental (no real common space besides small kitchen.) 2 windows in bedroom but not much light because windows faces another building. 2 big closets in bedroom with a lot of storage space as there are 2 additional storage compartments in room as well. Very private as rooms are on separate sides of apartment. $1300 dollars and utilities need to be split. Nice Upper West/Lincoln Center area. 1 block from Central park and 3 blocks from Riverside park. Elevator building but no laundry room, close to subways and buses. I work a lot and I am barely home. I do not entertain friends at home and I usually have my TV on at night quietly (which can not be heard) from your bedroom.
