Kitchen comes fully equipped including laundry with washer/dryer and new wood linoleum flooring installed last fall semester in kitchen and master hall way. Foyer includes large recreation area with keg fridge, wall bike mount; spacious living room comes with stadium seated couches, fireplace & 54' HD TV. Front porch accommodates 10+ easily with 3 comfy couches. Plenty space for parking with no permit required. Rent ranges from $585-725* for rooms available.
