Perfect for a romantic getaway for two, or for a wonderful family vacation breath in vermont's fresh air at our, cozy and comfortable, 3 bedroom. If getting away from it all is what you need, then relax and enjoy our little piece of heaven, beautiful, quiet location on lake saint catherine in wells, vermont ! this is a peaceful place where you can enjoy swimming, water skiing, kayaking, boating ( bring your own motorboat or use our rowboat ), fishing, canoeing, hiking on mount haystack, bicycle riding, sitting around a campfire at night gazing at the starry sky, capture amazing photo's and even enjoy meals on our spacious screened in porch ( bring a book or choose from our selection, its a great place to get lost in a book ) our kitchen is fully stocked and big enough for more than one cook. There is a gas grill in the backyard next to the water with a picnic table also. The family living room has a couch, love seat, two or three chairs ( more on the porch that can be brought in if needed ) a tv, stereo and plenty of vcr tapes to watch on a family movie night. There is an electric fireplace to take the chill off if needed. Our three bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and a dresser, two of which have air conditioners. There is an extra room with a twin bed and another twin with a roll out bed underneath. within walking distance of the cottage you'll find our own quaint little vermont country store that is famous for their homemade donuts, pies and muffins along with the best sandwiches in the area. Only green mountain coffee is served here and it is quite the meet in greet place in town for all the locals to gather and catch up. Outdoor and indoor seating is available also.
