Legal Administrative Assistant (JUNIOR)

LAW FIRM IN LOWER MANHATTAN SEEKING JUNIOR LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS TEMP TO PERM - $20/HR  -  HOURS  9:30 - 5:30PM   Upon Conversion to permanent salary will increase to $45-48K with Great Benefits Great opportunity to grow! Great opportunity for advancement. ~~This is a great opportunity for exposure throughout a large, international law firm and an amazing opportunity to network.   Candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks assigned by Attorney(s)~~Candidate must be flexible and willing to cover multiple desks, when needed, as well as, maintain a professional high level demeanor with everyone. ~~Handle correspondence, phones, scheduling, calendar management and travel coordination. Legal experience a big plus, but, firm will train.   Requirements: proficient in Microsoft Office Must have at least one year or more experience in a law firm. Grad a plus, but not required. Legal experience required 1-4 years experience  or strong internships   FOR CLARITY - THIS IS A SECRETARIAL POSITION - NOT A LEGAL ASSISTANT
