/> Accounts Payable - Real Estate    Major real estate company located in New York City is currently seeking a qualified individual for their expanding accounts payable department.​ Responsibilities: Coordinate all functions of the accounts payable department.​ Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.​ Review A/​P aging and select vendors for payments and obtain approval to process Generate check disbursements and wire payments.​ Process check requests Audit and process credit card bills 1099 maintenance Respond to all vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.​ Assist in month end closing.​ Assist with other projects as needed.​   The ideal candidate should have college credits and 3+​ years real estate accounts payable experience.​  Yardi Voyager is a must.​
