Fraud Investigation Specialist
Responsibilities: Customer Service answering high call volume of 300 plus call daily, performing verification process updating, reviewing and adjusting the account all while meeting the expected time average to handle each customer in the credit card division. Investigate fraud trends, transactions and suspects on various accounts averaging 200 daily. Supervise a staff of 15while managing daily call volume of 300 plus, supervisor calls and reviewing and responding to correspondence while maintaining a forecast and weekly/monthly meeting. Meeting quota. Manage a pipeline of 50 plus monthly. Process files from beginning to end interacting with all parties to closing of the file. Salary: $16.00/Hour DOE.
