Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate compensation and benefits expense budgeting/forecasting and headcount reporting and analysis, Analyze cost center expenses variances, actual vs. Plan/forecast and actual vs. Prior period, Monitoring and reporting on the accuracy and completeness of monthly Accounts Payable accruals, Participate in / Lead expense review meetings with clients, Preparation and recording of necessary journal entries. Bachelor's Degree in a financial related field- 3-5 Years of relevant business experience- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
