Responsibilities: "Mini-Controller" for 15 industrial and retail buildings, Prepare monthly entries and financial statement packages for clients. Review monthly reports and tenant maintenance of Staff. Experience/Skills Needed: Able to manage time to meet multiple and often overlapping deadlines. Apply accounting knowledge to review of financial statements, entries, and maintenance to catch and correct errors. Able to train and educate staff, both in person and remotely via online tools. Salary: $30/Hour DOE.
