Office Manager – Alternative Scoliosis

e a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality alternative scoliosis treatment. The doctors of this practice make themselves available in 15 regional centers throughout the United States, seeing all scoliosis patients personally.   We are looking to hire an Office Manager who can handle all the office duties independently. The doctors of the office are traveling 50%-70% of the time. what this means is that the Office Manager be able to handle all duties with maturity and professionalism to ensure the office is running well and the practice is growing. Integrity and Responsibility level is vital.   Detailed scheduling of patients is imperative due to the fact that there are 15 different locations - therefore accuracy of scheduling is key.   The ideal candidate should have the following experience and skills: •           High Volume Medical Office Experience Preferred *          Office management •           Basic but strong computer skills. Knowledge of Eclipse is a plus •           Great phone communication skills •           Strong customer service •           Good writing skills   The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: •           Detail Oriented to a Fault    •           Responsible -- able to assume a sense of ownership over his/her job •           Strong communication skills •           A people person •           An outgoing and friendly personality •           A positive attitude to life •           Reliability •           Punctuality •           Need to be compassionate •           A team player *           Someone who is looking for a long term position and a place where they can grow and be a part of for the long haul         The job duties will included, but not be limited to: •           Answering phones & greeting patients •           Scheduling patient appointments •           Preparing for patient visits prior to their arrival •           Managing of all staff schedules and duties •           Supporting office marketing strategies •           Helping to grow practice     What you will get out of this position will be the opportunity to work in a very friendly, upscale environment with dedicated professionals who value their patients and the people who work with them.
