Long Term Contract City: New York City (NYC) State: New York (NY) Description:  Responsible for various administrative and project management functions that are necessary to support the Sandy Resiliency/Recovery Division. These duties include:  Working with Design and Construction Managers in coordinating projects, departments outside agencies on projects and program related issues. Serve as a primary point of contact for a Construction Management Office to communicate with and obtain all required support and approvals from NYCT railroad operations, maintenance and other applicable Construction Management Office personnel and management. Industry: Transportation Required Education:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 20 years of experience or an Associate Degree and 30 years of relevant work experience.  Additional experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the company. Required Experience:  At least 15 years professional experience in an administrative or managerial capacity including the administration of capital program projects. Proven track record of administrating all aspects of construction management and achieving goals with emphasis on Fan plant and Pump room operations. In depth knowledge of planning and development of program and project resource requirements.
