B-508 Failure Analysis Engineer – SEM CMOS Cadence VLSI Eeprom - MA Location: Job is in Worcester, MA Domain: Engineering Experience: 5 Years   Experienced Failure Analysis Engineer is required having responsibility to evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, sub-components, and systems to determine the cause of failure, including the verification of analog and digital performance   Educational Qualifications: Must have BSEE   Job Responsibilities:   Will evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, sub-components, and systems to determine the cause of failure, including the verification of analog and digital performance   Will work with chip designers and test engineers to analyz4e device failures   Job Requirements & Experience:   Minimum of 5 years' experience in VLSI semiconductor failure analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in Eeprom and microprocessor design, testing, or failure analysis.
