5+ years in plastic product and parts design and development using CAD and designing for manufacturability. Must be able to go above and beyond design responsibilities and: Design and develop tooling and molds, Source suppliers, Recommend, improve and develop new manufacturing methods. Help troubleshoot manufacturing problems. This position is the key contributor toward continued growth as a company and the employment packages reflect that fact. Salary $75, 000 to $90, 000 plus bonus plan.
