Technical Product Manager – Business Systems

you a Technical Product Manager with experience leading product development within business systems, integrations, and analytics?  If you are a data-driven, technically-inclined Product Manager with experience building internal products in inventory, order management, and data analytics, this Product Manager role focusing on business systems may be the perfect fit! Fresh off a massive Series B round with top VCs such as Accel Partners, this leading online and retail destination has built a loyal, global consumer base. As they continue to scale their business and build their technology platforms to further engage customers and address their business needs, they’re searching for a Product Manager who will drive product scope on their business systems, analytics capabilities, marketing systems (which include data analytics and conversion, order management, inventory, third party systems, etc). They are moving towards becoming a data-driven culture and this role will be at the forefront of that change. What you’ll be doing – You will: Be a part of the engineering team, helping scope, plan, and execute weekly product commitments Help conduct build vs buy (integrate) analysis on various business systems including warehouse, order management, and inventory Perform user testing, market analysis, A/B testing, and usability tests Focus on user feedback and research; translate this to qualitative and quantitative data Drive the product roadmap and deliverables Be the lynchpin between engineering and internal stakeholders Identify product requirements via use cases, user stories, BDD/GWT – and communicate across teams Make feature decisions based on clearly defined experiments and customer behavior What you need: Degree and/or experience heavy in technicality (computer science, engineering, data analysis) Extensive product management experience in an iterative software development environment Be comfortable with daily and weekly releases Experience with UI/UX tradeoffs, responsive sites, and native mobile apps Experience using Analytics & Business Intelligence for customer/user research, feature usage, and business awareness Heavy experience with shopping & e-commerce applications, SaaS, multiple web properties and content workflows Technical proficiency – ability to garner respect and trust of the engineering team Bonus Points For: Experience rolling out Kanban, Scrum-Ban, Lean with engineering teams Previous software or data engineering experience E-commerce product management experience Experience with SaaS or content management  What you get: An opportunity to truly drive change, processes, and culture True room for creativity Competitive compensation of $125K + equity Excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision) Computer set up of your choice!
