Currently, we are seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF, for an ASIAN NOODLE CUISINE RESTAURANT for our client that has a premier full service Hotel/Casino Resort, Spa & Championship Golf in Southern California This Hotel/Casino property is located in an ideal living area, away from all the congestion of both San Diego, and Los Angeles where you find rolling hills, vineyards, cool breezes and golf.   OVERVIEW: This HEAD CHEF for an ASIAN NOODLE CUISINE RESTAURANT is responsible for all Hot and Cold food production strategies and recipe design of all Asian food (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean & Japanese) for this Specialty Restaurant Chef will also be responsible for daily operations to include Training, Mentoring and Supervision of all Asian culinary production. Extensive knowledge of ASIAN NOODLE CUISINE Maintain high level of Safety and Sanitation Restaurant Seats 120+ Oversee Staff of 20, plus 3 Supervisors Lunch and Dinner Only.
