Aseptic Filling Supervisor

lient is looking for an experienced Aseptic Filling Supervisor to join their team on a temp to hire basis.  Must be able to provide leadership to technicians in Aseptic Filling and Inspection Packaging.  Strong SOP knowledge required, as well as the ability to ensure compliance and develop specifications.  Must ensure all personnel properly trained and maintain appropriate level of proficiency.  Will participate in department activities as needed, troubleshoot inefficiencies, manage scheduling, and provide for a safe work environment.  Must have BA in Science, Engineering, or other related field, 3 years relevant experience, and strong leadership skills.
